Transition to Work Programs

Transition to Work (TTW) is an integrated pre-employment training program designed to support women experiencing disadvantage and/or barriers to employment to transition into sustainable employment. The program consists of Life Skills Training, Mentor Support and Job Readiness Activities.

In Melbourne we are delighted to offer the next Transition to Work Program in partnership with Bounce Consulting.

This will be a Certificate I in Vocational Preparation 22012VIC commencing on Tuesday 16th April 2013 for 3 days per week for 5 weeks, with extra activities upon completion of the course work.

“I gained a great network of friends and more confidence in myself. It’s a very fulfilling experience; also it’s not as hard as you may think. It’s laid back and relaxing, TTW caters for all women of all ages and nationalities. It’s a fantastic experience and I am grateful being a participant." Kim, TTW graduate

''The best thing about this program was that I've regained my confidence and now believe in myself. I got a two-year retail traineeship with Hip Pocket Work Wear. I love coming to work. I have a purpose every day and I feel like I am making a difference." Amy, TTW graduate
